Marketing strategy for Dundee Science Centre

I’ve just started working with Dundee Science Centre on a marketing strategy for the organisation as it re-opens after both a £2.1 million redevelopment project and closure during Covid.

The project has been transformative and the new facilities include a sensory zone, immersive learning environments for early years, interactive STEM exhibitions, a new café and a Changing Places toilet.

The aim of the marketing strategy is to set out a clear path for the organisation to increase its income and visitor engagement numbers, whilst also diversifying its visitors and reaching under-represented audiences.

The project will include desk research, facilitation of a series of virtual team workshops and the development of the strategy and action plan.
