Tone of voice for Shoreditch Town Hall

I’ve just finished some work for Shoreditch Town Hall - designing and facilitating workshops to a) identify the organisation’s personality and tone of voice, and b) explore how its social media can be more distinctive and strategic.

It was a joy to work with the lovely marketing team, and the exercises I usually use in-person worked well tweaked online using Google Jamboard on Zoom sessions.

The deliverable was a report that covered the sessions’ conclusions including a) a competitor analysis, Shoreditch Town Hall’s USPs, positioning, personality and voice; and b) how social media can support the organisation’s mission, vision and strategic priorities; what audiences want; setting goals for social media; and coming up with content ideas.
