Online facilitation for visioning workshop

I’m about to start working with The Workhouse Network, a Subject Specialist Network which brings together representatives from museums, heritage organisations, archives and universities interested in welfare history.

I’ll be developing the agenda and exercises for a virtual visioning workshop for around 15-20 partners, which will aim to create consensus around the future of the Network, and writing up a record of the session’s main discussion points, conclusions and next steps.
