Marketing strategy project with Harwich Electric Palace

I’ve just started working on a marketing strategy project with Harwich Electric Palace, as part of National Lottery Heritage Fund project.

The Electric Palace was built in 1911 and is now one of the oldest purpose-built cinemas to survive complete with its silent screen, original projection room and beautiful ornamental frontage still relatively intact. Today it runs as a community cinema showing films and special live and music events.

It’s due to re-open in spring 2022 after a period of closure due to restoration work and the Covid-19 pandemic. I’m now working with the team to develop a marketing strategy to support the organisation’s marketing direction and approach over the coming three years, as well as a marketing action plan for the first 12 months, including a campaign for the re-opening of the Electric Palace. Am excited to get stuck in!
